Online Reviews and How They Affect Local Businesses - Top Rated Marketing Hamilton



The way people search the internet for products and services has evolved over the past few years.   People are now looking for reviews and referrals -- This is why sites like Trip Advisor, HomeStars and Yelp are gaining so much attention these days because consumers trust local reviews.

Most owners have no idea what is being posted online about their business, good or bad.  They leave the review process up to chance and hope their happy customers give them good reviews.  Also they don't respond to negative reviews to solve the problem. And they don't reply with a thank-you post to positive review.
